We have updated our billing program and AccuBill with the IW07 updates found in the I-19 Solicitaion that went into effect for International HHG and Baggage shipments with pickup dates of 10-1-07 and after.

INT/BAG - new tariff updates (I-19)

A. Incorporated the following Air Force Regionalization consolidations:

1. Alabama - Transferred responsibility of FKFL to HAFC(JPPSO SAT - San Antonio)


2. Connecticut, New York - Transferred responsibility of AMNS to AGFM(JPPSO NE - Massachusetts)


3. Florida - Transferred responsibility of CSFL, CMFL, CPFL, CTFL to HAFC (JPPSO SAT - San Antonio)


4. Washington - Transferred responsibility of JGFL to KKFA
   (JPPSO COS - Colorado Springs)


5. Illinois, Missouri - Transferred responsibility of GKFL to
   AGFM (JPPSO NE - Massachusetts)


6. Massachusetts, Rhode Island - Transferred responsibility of
   ALNT to AGFM(JPPSO NE - Massachusetts)


7. Massachusetts, New York, Vermont - Transferred
   responsibility of DBNK to AGFM(JPPSO NE - Massachusetts)


8. Missouri - Transferred responsibility of GTFL to KKFA(JPPSO
   COS - Colorado Springs)

B. Replaced AMNS GBLOC identification for UB labor charges to AGFM due to regionalization above.

C. CONUS SIT related rates increases. Also incorporated regionalization consolidation county controlling base changes.

D. INT reweigh to 58.85 was 57.84

E. BAG reweigh to 26.49 was 26.04

F. INT Delivery from SIT increases to Schedule A through Q and V (See Change #3 to IS-07 - increased again)

G. INT delivery beyond 50 miles for Alaska long delivery rate up to 3.74 from 3.68

H. BAG delivery from SIT increases in rates but Change 1 increased again due to typo on rates (they utilized old tariff rates in error) . . . see below.

I. BAG miles over 30 administrative rate increases to $19.60 from 19.26

J. INT and BAG Partial Reweigh to 58.85 was 57.84

K. The remaining tariff updates reflect word, tariff rate labels and country reference changes only.

NOTE: Wording change to the 180 day SIT references with PPSO authorization time frames for Item 427 (Pg 4-16) and Item 429 (Pg 4-19).

1. CONUS increases to 20.84 from 20.48
   Local Del Minimum increases to 46.81 from 46.01
   Long Del Minimum increases to 59.53 from 58.51


2. ALASKA increases to 20.01 from 19.
   Local Del Minimum increases to 46.81 from 46.01
   Long Del Minimum increases to 59.53 from 58.51


3. GERMANY remained the same at 9.70
   Local Del Minimum increases to 46.81 from 46.01
   Long Del Minimum remained the same at 38.41


4. HAWAII increases to17.58 from 17.28
   Local Del Minimum increases to 46.81 from 46.01
   Long Del Minimum increases to 59.53 from 58.51


5. ALL OTHER remained the same at 5.47
