This online service allows you to use the very same rating software Daycos has used internally to quickly generate complete accurate invoices. We believe that this software is simply the finest available, and after many requests from our customers, we have decided to make it available to TSPs.

AccuBill will be using Citrix technology to allow you to access our billing program over the internet. All you need is a web browser, the easily installed Citrix client software, and a high-speed internet connection. All of the processing is done on our Citrix server, and all that is sent over the internet is your keystrokes and the screen image. Therefore the speed of the program makes it hard to tell whether you are accessing it over the internet or on your local computer.

EDI Submission Included

We don't want to sound like we are bragging, but we are extremely proud of this system. We have spent 20 years refining and improving it, and it shows in our results. Our billers routinely average generating 25-35 invoices per hour using this system, with very few errors. Once you see it in action, you will understand why we think it is the best.
Using The Application
First, you open up your web browser and connect to the Daycos server. Your Citrix client will start and ask you to login to AccuBill. Next, you enter your billing information into the program, and the application creates a complete accurate invoice. Once you are satisfied with the invoice, click on the Submit button and Daycos will send your invoice via EDI to PowerTrack (or any other finance center for non-Phase I shipments.) We can also provide you a downloadable file to import into your accounting system with all of the invoice information.
Price
This cost for AccuBill is $2.50 per invoice generated. There are no up-front costs or yearly license fees. The per invoice service fee includes one user license, meaning one user from your company can be on the system at a time. If you would like to have multiple people accessing the system at the same time, you may purchase additional licenses for a monthly fee of $20 per month, or a one time fee of $300 per license.
